This Privacy Policy explains how Casa Felix, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our website, platforms, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Site”). We take your privacy seriously.

If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website homepage or sending you a notification). 1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

F. SOCIAL SHARING FEATURES
The Site may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on our Site with other media, and vice versa. L. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and Cal. Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents have certain rights to know what information we collect, how we use that information, and rights and choices concerning that information. This Section L of the Privacy Policy applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“personal information”). We have collected the following categories (as listed in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(o)(1)) of personal information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months: A. Identifiers (e.g., email addresses) and B. Personal information categories in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) (e.g., names, credit card information, addresses).
2. SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not disclosed or sold any personal information of anyone (including California residents) to any third parties. Even though we do not sell personal information, if you are a California resident, you still may submit a verified request to opt out of sales and/or disclosure and we will record your instructions and incorporate them in the future if our policy changes. Opt-out requests may be sent using the contact information at the bottom of this notice.
3. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
The CCPA provides consumers (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights. You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you and the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained (subject to certain criteria which may result in a denial of your deletion request). We endeavor to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. You may be required to provide additional information to verify your identity and request before further action is taken.
4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We reserve the right to amend this Section L concerning your California Privacy Rights at our discretion and at any time.
M. YOUR NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS
This Section M applies solely to Nevada residents. Under Nevada law (NRS § 603A.300), Nevada residents can opt out of the sale of certain types of personal information. We do not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada law. However, if you are a Nevada resident, you still may submit a verified request to opt out of sales and we will record your instructions and incorporate them in the future if our policy changes. Opt-out requests may be sent using the contact information at the bottom of this notice. We reserve the right to amend this Section M concerning your Nevada Privacy Rights at our discretion and at any time.
N. CHILDREN
The Site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children (including information concerning a child or that child’s parents or guardians, any screen or user name that functions as online contact information for a child, any photograph, video, or audio file containing a child’s image or voice) directly from users under the age of thirteen (13) or from other web sites or services directed at children. Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1988 (“COPPA”), we will not knowingly request or collect personal information from any child under the age of thirteen (13) in the United States without obtaining the required consent from the appropriate parent or guardian. Children may access and browse the Site without disclosing any personal information.
